By accessing or using MoriFocus meditation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MoriFocus, governing your use of our meditation platform, content, and related services.
Service Description and Availability
MoriFocus provides online meditation services including guided sessions, focus timers, mood-aware recommendations, progress tracking, and live instructor-led classes. Our platform is designed to support daily mindfulness practices for individuals and corporate wellness programs.
We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect service availability.
User Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
Subscription Plans and Payment Terms
Our services are offered through various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features until payment is resolved.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.
Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with our services. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.
Acceptable Use and Conduct Standards
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content, or to interfere with other users' meditation experiences.
Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, reverse engineering our software, or using our services for any commercial purpose without explicit permission.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our platform, including meditation sessions, audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by MoriFocus or our content partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal meditation practice only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Live Classes and Instructor Services
Live meditation classes are provided by independent instructors who are responsible for their own content and teaching methods. While we vet our instructors, we do not guarantee the quality or effectiveness of individual sessions.
Class schedules, availability, and instructor participation may change without notice. Refunds for live classes are provided according to our standard refund policy, typically requiring 24-hour advance notice for cancellation.
Corporate Wellness and Team Accounts
Corporate accounts are subject to additional terms and service level agreements. Team administrators are responsible for managing user access and ensuring compliance with their organization's policies and applicable laws.
We providege analytics and wellness insights to corporate administrators while maintaining individual user privacy. Corporate accounts may have different cancellation and billing terms as specified in separate agreements.
Health and Wellness Disclaimers
Our meditation services are designed for general wellness and stress reduction. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. You should consult with healthcare professionals before beginning any wellness program.
Individual results may vary, and we make no guarantees about the effectiveness of our meditation practices for specific health outcomes. You participate in our services at your own risk and discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoriFocus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We may also terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability clauses.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
